Turn on wireless and wired message reconciliation

Procedure
To turn on wireless message reconciliation, you must have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server account or a BlackBerry Internet Service account.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server
To reconcile messages between the inbox and deleted items folders on both the BlackBerry device and the email client, complete the following steps on the BlackBerry device:
1. Verify that you have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server account.
2. On the BlackBerry device Home screen, click Messages.
3. Open Options and select Email Reconciliation.
4. In the Delete On field, select Handheld, Mailbox & Handheld, or Prompt.
5. In the Wireless Reconcile field, select On.
6. In the On Conflicts field, select Handheld Wins or Mailbox Wins.
7. Save your changes.
BlackBerry Internet Service
BlackBerry Internet Service 2.0 supports one-way synchronization from the BlackBerry device to the source messaging and collaboration server, as shown below.

Wired Message Reconciliation
To turn on wired message reconciliation, you must have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server account or a BlackBerry® Desktop Redirector account.
BlackBerry® Desktop Manager
To reconcile messages between the inbox, deleted items, and personal folders on both the BlackBerry device and the email client, complete the following steps:
1. In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, open Intellisync®.
2. Click Configure reconciliation.
3. Select the Synchronize moves and deletes option.
4. Select the Mailbox wins or Device wins option.
5. If you use a personal folder, select the appropriate one in the Personal Folder drop-down list.
6. Click OK, and then click Synchronize now.
