Enable Folder Redirection with Inbox subfolders

Procedure
The Inbox and Sent Items folders are set to forward email messages to the BlackBerry device by default in BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0. However, only the Inbox is set to forward email messages to the BlackBerry device by default in BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 3.6.
To set up the Inbox subfolders to receive redirected email messages, use the steps for the appropriate option from the following list. Folder redirection can be configured from BlackBerry Desktop Manager or from the BlackBerry device.
Note: The settings only apply to messages received after the Folder redirection changes have been saved.
Option 1: Set up from the BlackBerry device
To set folder redirection on the BlackBerry device, the BlackBerry Device Software must be version 4.0 or later.
1. From the Home screen, go to Messages.
2. Display the menu and select Options > Email Settings.
3. Display the menu and select Folder Redirection.
4. In the Folder Redirection menu, expand the Mailbox by highlighting it, displaying the menu and selecting Expand.
5. Under the Mailbox, expand the Inbox by highlighting it, displaying the menu and selecting Expand.
6. Highlight the folder for which you want to enable redirection. Display the menu and select Change Option.
Note: If you are unable to select Expand for any of the folders, or if the Change Option menu option is unavailable, try turning Wireless Reconcile on the BlackBerry device off and then on again. You can find Wireless Reconcile in Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation.
7. Display the menu and select Save to save your changes. New email messages that are filtered to the subfolder will now appear on the BlackBerry device in a subfolder of the same name. Existing email messages from the subfolder will not reconcile and synchronize to the BlackBerry device subfolder.
